Your financial information deserves better protection than email. Evolve Bookkeeping & Tax uses TaxDome, a secure client portal, so we can exchange documents, sign forms and handle billing in one protected place.
What you can do in the portal
- Upload tax documents, bank statements and receipts
- Review and e-sign engagement letters and tax forms
- View and pay invoices
- Send and receive secure messages
- Find your documents anytime from your computer or the TaxDome mobile app
Getting started
- Watch for your invitation. Once we begin working together, you’ll get an email inviting you to set up your portal account. Accounts are by invitation only.
- Create your password and sign in. Setup takes just a few minutes.
- Come back anytime. Use the Client Login link at the top of this website.
Keeping your information safe
- Please don’t email sensitive information. That includes Social Security numbers, tax documents, bank account details, IDs and passwords. Upload them through the portal instead.
- Sign in only through trusted links. Use the Client Login link on this website or your invitation email. If a message asking you to log in seems unusual, contact me before clicking.
- I will never ask for your portal password.
